Developing your project
The issues which need to be considered during the development of your project.
During the development of your project the following issues should be considered:
- What funding can your organisation put towards the project?
- What other organisations have you approached or can you approach for funding?
- What is the total cost of the project? Can your organisation manage a project of that size?
- Is the project sustainable and will you be able to maintain it?
- Does the project have the backing of the local community and meet the needs of that community?
- What are the benefits of the project and what is its long term outcome?
