Developing your project

During the development of your project the following issues should be considered:

• What funding can your organisation put towards the project?
• What other organisations have you approached or can you approach for funding?
• What is the total cost of the project? Can your organisation manage a project of that size?
• Is the project sustainable and will you be able to maintain it?
• Does the project have the backing of the local community and meet the needs of that community?
• What are the benefits of the project and what is its long term outcome?
