Reporting and Payments
REPORTS
Your Project Manager will have agreed with you when you should submit reports detailing the progress of your project, as detailed in your Contract. If you are unable to meet any of the agreed timescales it is important you contact your Project Manager and let them have a report on your project to date.
In addition to reports your Project Manager may request a visit to the site.
CLAIMING YOUR GRANT
Your contract will have details on when the grant is to be claimed, if you are unable to claim the funding as agreed, please let your Project Manager / Project Administrator know as soon as possible.
