Reporting and Payments
REPORTS
Remember it is important to let us know when you have started work on your project. This helps us to make sure you have everything you need to progress your project.
Your Project Manager will have agreed with you when you should submit reports detailing the progress of your project, as detailed in your Contract. If you are unable to meet any of the agreed timescales it is important you contact your Project Manager and let them have a report on your project to date. If you keep us up to date on progress and make us aware of any issues of problems you are having your Project Manager may be able to offer help and assistance in overcoming these.
In addition to reports your Project Manager may request a visit to the site.

CLAIMING YOUR GRANT
Your Project Manager will have agreed payment schedules for you to claim the funding, as detailed in your Contract. Again, if you are unable to claim the funding as agreed, please let your Project Manager know as soon as possible. When claiming your funding please ensure the your have considered the following:
- Have you signed and returned your contract?
- Has your third party funding been paid?
- Have you provided the progress or completion reports as detailed in your contract?
- Is the payment in line with the schedule agreed with your Project Manager and detailed in your contract?
- Have you enclosed original invoices with your Grant Claim Form or, if previously agreed, provided sufficient evidence of spend?
