Issuing your Funding Agreement
Before we can issue your Funding Agreement you must provide all outstanding information as detailed in your post-board funding notification letter.
Once we have these details we will request ENTRUST Registration for your project
Your Funding Agreement
When we have your project's ENTRUST registration we can confirm with you the payments and reporting schedules which will be included in your Funding Agreement.
As long as you have provided your Grant Manager with everything requested, your Funding Agreement should be issued within 4 weeks.
Your Funding Agreement will be issued by post and should be signed and returned within 21 days of receipt. At the same time you will be sent our "Ready to Start" guidance and supporting documents which details what you need to do to claim your funding.
Please note that if you start your project before a formal agreement is signed, the offer of funding will be withdrawn.
- Only once our Funding Agreement has been signed and returned may you start your project.
- WREN will only issue our Funding Agreement if the Contributing Third Party payment has been received
