Developing your project
During the development of your project the following issues should be considered:
What funding can your organisation put towards the project?
What other organisations have you approached or can you approach for funding?
What is the total cost of the project? Can your organisation manage a project of that size?
Is the project sustainable and will you be able to maintain it?
Does the project have the backing of the local community and meet the needs of that community?
What are the benefits of the project and what is its long term outcome?
