Change of the times!

Times they are a-changing in Grimston – now that a £20,000 Grant has been secured to restore the clock tower.  The funding has been awarded to Grimston Parish Council to assist with the overall project to restore the building back to the way it was over 100 years ago, and will ensure that the clock can continue operating for years to come.

WREN has awarded the Grant in their latest round of funding from the Landfill Communities Fund of Waste Recycling Group Ltd. This round also sees a grant of £4,403 awarded to Three Holes village hall for refurbishment of their wooden floor.  In total, grants amounting to £241,190 have been awarded during 2009 to various projects across Norfolk.
