Swanbourne - Village Hall Refurbishment
Work has recently been completed on the refurbishment of Swanbourne Village Hall. A grant of £11,705 from WREN was made towards replacement windows, insulation and exterior and interior decoration. The refurbishment also included improvements to the kitchen and toilet facilities and the completed work has made the hall more welcoming and user-friendly for all visitors.
It is hoped that the success of this project involving funding from WREN will encourage other halls and community facilities in the local area to find out how the Landfill Communities Fund might help them.
