Tattenhall - Community Centre Refurbishment
Tattenhall Community Centre (The Barbour Institute) received a grant of £20,000 from WREN to provide extensive improvements to the kitchen facility within the centre. The project came about after a village survey was carried out by Tattenhall & District Parish Council in November 2002 identifying the need for the improvements and to provide a facility which will benefit the local community, as the refurbishment is a much needed asset for the Tattenhall community, particularly for the elderly.
