Refurbishment and extension of community facilities at Gorgie Parish Church
An ambitious project to reconfigure and refurbish the accommodation within the church and halls has been completed, providing safe and comfortable accommodation for the many local groups who use the facilities regularly. A WREN grant of £26,000 funded the upgrading of the kitchen which is now suitable for preparing food for the many community events held within the halls. The church also helps with the winter shelter for the homeless.
