Rockingham - Window on the Living Forest
The site at Fineshade Top Lodge is owned by the Forestry Commission who together with the RSPB have developed an excellent visitor and education facility. The site now has a café, shops and displays features that demonstrate the attractions of the site including the CCTV coverage of the Red Kites that breed in the Woods.
WREN has been able to assist the RSPB with their educational programmes by providing funds for interactive display materials to be used by schools and visitor groups using the site.
