Hall Leys Play Park

Hall Leys Park in the centre of Matlock is currently undergoing a major restoration programme. The District Council have therefore taken the opportunity to address play provision within the park and aim to integrate with these restoration works a new playground, paddling pool/wet play facilities and skate park.

Wren has provided a grant of £48,498 towards the cost of the specialised play facilities for the under 5s and the 6-12 age groups and also for the skate park surfacing. The play area has now been completed and the skate park area is well underway.
