Norton Disney - Eco Community Building

The Eco Community building at Hill Holt Wood is an exciting project for WREN who are the major contributor to this exemplar sustainable construction project just outside of Lincoln.

Hill Holt Wood is an environmentally based organisation that promotes the sustainability message thorough its educational work with young people, its woodland management schemes and it's partnerships with numerous interest groups, local authorities and the local community.

It has won many national awards for its social enterprise activities and the new centre is the focus for its environmental work and attracts visitors from far and wide. The building was recently visited by HRH Prince Charles and it is hoped he will return for an official opening event

WREN has contributed over £200,000 to the project and the building has become nationally recognised for its unique design features and low impact carbon footprint.
